How can I get Started?

Start by Creating A New Advertisement. The easy to use step-by-step wizard will guide you through the process. Your advertisement will be live on the Joomla Ads network within minutes after being created.

What is a Campaign?

Campaigns are the advertisements created by the Advertiser. A Campaign contains one or more Advertisements. Campaigns include settings to limit costs, delivery flight dates, country targeting, and other settings. Campaigns can only be created and owned by an Advertiser.

What is a Channel?

A Channel represents a segment in the Joomla Ads network. Channels are created by Joomla Ads to segment the content.

What is CPC?

The CPC or Cost-Per-Click is the amount paid for each click. The CPC is not static and changes as required. A dynamic CPC provides Joomla Ads with the ability to minimize costs for Advertisers and maximize Publisher revenue.

What payment methods does Joomla Ads accept?

Payments can be made using PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure payment system. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

How are Advertisers billed?

Advertisers are required to add funds to a Joomla Ads account. Campaigns will only be shown on the network if funds are available. Adding funds to a Joomla Ads account is referred to as a deposit. Advertisements will run until the funds in the account are exhausted from clicks to the Advertisers web site. When funds are exhausted Advertisers can add more funds to resume advertising. Funds can be deposited at anytime. Funds are posted to accounts immediately.

How can I monitor Campaign performance?

Joomla Ads provides reports which will help you to effectively monitor campaign performance. The reports allow you to track metrics such as the number of impressions, clicks, amount spent, daily budget and more.

Can I set a maximum CPC?

Yes. Joomla Ads allows advertisers to set a maximum cost per click.

When will my ads start being displayed?

Once you have setup an advertiser account, created your campaign, added funds to your account and the campaign has been approved the ads will start being displayed.

Is Joomla Ads secure?

Joomla Ads uses the latest SSL encryption to secure personal information. The Joomla Ads website is tested daily by the Comodo Hacker Proof system.
